Viet Restaurant opened in summer 2011 and seeks to bring traditional Vietnamese cuisine to Milton Keynes. All the chefs have worked for years at the London restaurant, refining their skills as well as how to perfect certain dishes to appeal to British palates. Ingredients are carefully sourced to ensure a fresh and authentic taste. Part of our ethos of being responsible restaurants is highlighted by the fact that we only serve free range chicken in our dishes.
Viet Restaurant is spacious, with the emphasis on comfort and the walls are adorned with paintings depicting traditional Vietnamese scenes. |
